Hey, Once your iPhone is reset, there is no going back unless you made a backup before. Otherwise, your iPhone has shredded the files due to privacy issues. LG Once you connect your iPhone to your PC (assuming iTunes is installed) your PC automatically backs up. Unfortunately only if iCloud backup was off but anyway. If there is still a backup on it. Then connect your iPhone, open iTunes, click on the picture of your device and on Restore Backup (not on Restore iPhone, you will delete everything from your iPhone).
